Director of RE

Sally Liebermann first came to UUCH as a mother of two young children, seeking a spiritual home and religious education for her children. Introduced to Unitarian Universalism as a teenager, she knew that there was a rich foundation for spiritual and ethical development in the U.U. principles. She soon became an active member of the church, serving on the Social Action Committee and volunteering in R.E.classrooms.
In 2005 she was named our Director of Religious Education. Sally says she finds this work to be both challenging and empowering. She feels honored to accompany young people along their spiritual paths and considers her job a blessing. When not working Sally enjoys time with her husband and their two children and their friends, particularly when they are in the woods or at the beach. She and her family live locally with their sweet and silly dog, Sadie.
